What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address.
• Early access: your email address and anything else you choose to fill in, such as your name, restaurant, city and number of locations.

Why we use it

We use your email only to send the newsletter you asked for, or to reply to your early-access request. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own use.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider, Vercel, in private storage that only HOS can access.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
